Jackie Process

Jackie Process, MBA, currently serves as a Senior System Engineer at ColdSnap® since September 2023. Previously, Jackie held the position of Engineering Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from August 2018 to September 2023, overseeing the Away From Home and Accessories Sustaining Engineering team while driving quality improvement initiatives and influencing technical strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Altran, where Jackie worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, contributing to product efficiency and design innovations. Jackie began the career in engineering at Electric Boat and Siemens Healthcare, with foundational work in nuclear engineering from Penn State University, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering was obtained, followed by an MBA in Advanced Management from Champlain College.
