Rhonda Todaro is an experienced design professional with an extensive background in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Coldwater Creek since February 2022, Rhonda previously held the position of Senior Design Director at Soft Surroundings from September 2017 to December 2021. Rhonda's consultancy experience includes roles at Rhonda Todaro, Sundance Holdings Group, LLC, and American Eagle. Additionally, positions were held as Senior Technical Designer at Ann Taylor and Product Development Manager/Technical Designer at Oscar by Oscar de la Renta. Rhonda began their career as Vice-President of Design to Manufacture at Bonnie and Norma. Rhonda holds degrees in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising from Texas Christian University, and a degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
