In 1999, they joined Classic Realty LLC as an Office Manager for almost a decade. In 2009, they moved to Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and took on the role of Operations and Finance Manager until 2021. Simultaneously, they also held the position of VP of Finance and Human Resources from February 2021 onwards. In 2017, they briefly served as the COO at Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties/CBC Prime Properties until 2021.
Theresa Pemberton attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1988 to 1989, where they pursued a Master's in International Marketing along with Spanish and Business as their main areas of study.
