Kristal Searle, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at Coleman Oil Company, where responsibilities include implementing a budget process for over 400 business units and guiding the Executive Team in adopting the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Previously, Kristal held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Stinker Stores, Inc., achieving significant improvements in profitability and company growth through enhanced reporting and strategic banking partnerships. Kristal’s career began at KPMG, progressing from Audit Intern to Audit Senior Manager, providing audit services to diverse clients, including SEC-listed companies. Kristal also gained early experience as a Student Auditor at Idaho State University and an Internal Audit Intern at Building Materials Holding Corporation. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Boise State University, Kristal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Idaho State University.
