Bridgette Odiase

Bridgette Odiase is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in the industry. Currently serving as a Finance & Accounting Associate at Coleman Research since November 2022, Bridgette previously worked as an Accounting Associate at Raftelis from March 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing accounts receivables, processing payroll for over 150 employees, and enhancing system processes. Prior to that, experience includes a Payroll Specialist position at Contura Energy, processing timesheets and payments for over 5,000 employees, as well as roles as a Senior Accounting Associate at both Contura Energy and Alpha Natural Resources, focusing on payment processing and special projects. An internship at Hensley Tax Service provided foundational clerical skills. Bridgette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from King University and an Associate's degree from Virginia Highlands Community College.
