Cindy Bernard

Cindy Bernard has over two decades of experience in human resources, primarily at Colgate-Palmolive, where roles have included Vice President of HR for Finance, Business Services, and Information Technology, as well as various director and managerial positions focused on executive compensation and HR strategy. Prior to Colgate-Palmolive, Cindy Bernard worked as a Benefits Analyst at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants. Educated at the University of Richmond with a BA in French, International Studies, and Economics, Cindy Bernard further enhanced professional skills through the Colgate Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019.
