Olivier Kac

Olivier Kac currently serves as General Manager at Kellanova since March 2021, leading a team of 180 employees and focusing on growth, revenue management, and customer engagement. Prior to this, Olivier Kac held various leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive, including Head of Sales for the Asia Pacific Division, which encompasses 20 countries and 1800 collaborators, and Vice President of Sales for France Retail & Pharma, achieving significant market shares and overseeing extensive organizational changes. Earlier positions included Key Account Director roles in both Colgate-Palmolive and Nestle, as well as key management positions in Danone and Harry's, reflecting a strong background in sales, marketing strategy, and P&L management.
