Prashanth Jayachandran

Prashanth Jayachandran serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Counsel at Colgate-Palmolive, where responsibilities include advising on strategic direction within a multi-billion dollar global supply chain and participating in leadership teams focused on digital transformation, product innovation, and regulatory matters. Prashanth has held various roles within Colgate-Palmolive, including Chief Supply Chain Counsel and interim Division General Counsel for Asia Pacific, overseeing legal compliance in eCommerce. Additionally, Prashanth is a Distinguished Lecturer at Syracuse University College of Law, teaching Corporate Sustainability. A former Of Counsel at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Prashanth has extensive experience in employment litigation and corporate law. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, a JD from Syracuse University College of Law, a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, and a Certificate in Sustainability Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
