Sherry Huang-Postelnicu

Sherry Huang-Postelnicu serves as the Director of Global People Development at Colgate-Palmolive, a position held since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading global strategies in talent and succession planning, performance enablement, and leadership development. Previous experience at Colgate-Palmolive also includes roles in executive compensation and HR transformation. Prior to this, Sherry worked at Goldman Sachs as an HCM Business Partner and Compensation Lead, and at Christian Dior Couture as a Compensation and Benefits Manager for North America. Sherry's career began at Watson Wyatt as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant and at Sibson Consulting as a Consultant. Sherry holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, also having studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
