Vance Merolla

Vance Merolla is a Senior Vice President & Fellow of Global Sustainability at Colgate-Palmolive, a position held since May 1997, where responsibilities include advancing sustainability programs and engaging with commercial teams and external stakeholders. Previously, Vance served as Worldwide Director and Director of Environmental Sustainability at Colgate, focusing on global strategies, brand integration, and sustainability in supply chains. Vance has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching Sustainable Operations, and held roles at URS Corporation and Ogden Martin Systems, managing environmental projects and compliance. Vance holds a Master's of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
