Yigit Kucuk

Yigit Kucuk is currently working as a Technical Lead at Collaborative Drug Discovery - CDD Vault, focusing on improving data quality and modeling efforts for PharmaKB. Prior to this role, Yigit worked as a Software Engineer for Machine Learning, where Yigit collaborated with the PharmaKB team on various data and machine learning tasks. With a background in computer science, Yigit has experience as a Research Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, specializing in data science and machine learning methods. Additionally, Yigit has interned at TUBITAK and AG Biyoinformatik, gaining valuable experience in bioinformatics.
