Katya Skogen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, cultural insights, and consumer behavior. Currently serving as the Director of Cultural Insights at Collage Group since August 2022, Katya previously held several key positions at Gartner, including Research Director and Senior Principal Researcher, focusing on global consumer insights and major societal trends. Katya's earlier experience includes co-ownership of Sun Yoga Tbilisi, where responsibilities encompassed management and instruction, and a role as a Business Analyst at ExxonMobil, which involved collaboration with diverse teams across multiple functions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science and International Relations from KIMEP University and training in Linguistics as an English-Russian Translator from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
