As the Founder and Working Chairman of Collectius since November 2014, Gustav has been pivotal in transforming the debt acquisition and receivables management industry through ethical practices and technological innovation. Furthermore, Gustav co-founded Venturi Fastigheter AB and provides advisory support as a Non-Executive Board Member, contributing to property development and management. Gustav holds board positions with Formica Capital AB and Kalvringen AB, focusing on value and impact investments in real estate and sustainable solutions. As a co-founder of Bangerhead AB, Gustav has played a significant role in making it a leading online beauty retailer in the Nordics. Prior professional experiences include consulting at Ernst & Young and serving in the Swedish Armed Forces, where Gustav led special forces operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University and advanced leadership programs at IMD.
