Toni Shelton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, marketing, and innovation. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Innovation at Collective Arts since December 2023, Toni previously held the roles of Managing Director and Director of Marketing, Communications, and Innovation at Collective Project from May 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes a series of leadership positions at Collective Arts, including Director of Brand Marketing, Communications, and Innovation, and Communications Manager from July 2016 to November 2022. Toni's early career features roles at YMCA of Greater Toronto as a Communications Assistant, Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club as a Public Relations Intern, and Turkstra Lumber as a Social Media Coordinator and Inside Sales representative. Educational qualifications include a Public Relations Graduate Certificate from Mohawk College, a Bachelor's degree in International Communications from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Bachelor's degree in Media, Information, and Technoculture from Western University.
