Currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at Burke Assessments since May 2023, Martell also founded The Smart Group in March 2002. Additional roles include Board Member at Leve Saúde, a healthtech company in Rio de Janeiro, Cofounder & Chief of Education at Collective Brains, and Founder of Trivas Growth and TalentComms. Martell's prior experience includes positions such as Corporate Communications Director and Public Relations Manager at Ericsson, and Account Executive at Fleishman-Hillard. Currently pursuing a Board Diploma in Strategy for Boards and Digital Transformation at IMD, Martell holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Arizona State University.
