Leon continued working in the healthcare field and became a High Dependancy Registered Nurse at Westmead Hospital, where their responsibilities included providing high-quality care to patients, supporting their families, and ensuring a peaceful and dignified end of life if necessary. Leon also worked as a Perioperative Nurse at Western Sydney Local Health District. In 2020, Leon became a Nurse Educator at Australian Catholic University and later transitioned to being a Nursing Instructor at Western Sydney University. Most recently, Leon joined Collective Shift as a Content Creator & Educator. Throughout their career, Leon has gained experience in healthcare, education, and content creation.
