Alexander Diaz

Alexander Diaz serves as Corporate Counsel at PrivacyCollectors since March 2023, supporting the Collectors Privacy Program across various brands and advising on product initiatives and international expansion. Previously, Alexander held positions at Chime from January 2019 to March 2023, initially as Compliance Associate and advancing to Senior Compliance Associate, focusing on privacy compliance and financial crimes risk management. At Gusto from April 2017 to October 2018, Alexander worked as Compliance Counsel, advising on regulatory risks and supporting compliance efforts in payroll, fintech, and health benefits. Alexander's career began with roles at Bassi Edlin Huie & Blum LLP and Barulich Dugoni Law Group, Inc. after obtaining a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
