Shazia Hasan

Shazia Hasan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner at Collectors since April 2023, Shazia's prior roles include Director of People at Pachyderm Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources at Sincro, where Shazia was a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for global HR strategy. Shazia has also held strategic positions at CDK Global, leading significant organizational changes, and at Motorola Solutions, where Shazia managed global rewards and talent strategies. Shazia began the HR career as a Generalist at Daymon Worldwide and ArcelorMittal. Shazia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
