Frank Covington

Frank Covington serves as the Director of Facilities Operations and Maintenance at the College of Charleston since November 2018. Previously, Covington held the position of Associate VP of Facilities at Georgia Gwinnett College, overseeing operations of 1.9 million square feet of various spaces. In earlier roles, Covington was a Senior Consultant at Draper & Associates, directing teams to manage contracts related to the Atlanta Housing Authority and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Lowe's Home Improvement and a distinguished military career as a Major in the United States Army, where Covington held various leadership positions and developed training programs. Covington holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Cameron University.
