Steve Gall

Steve Gall has extensive experience in Human Resources technology and systems, currently serving as a System Analyst and Assistant Director of HR Technology at The College of New Jersey since July 2018. Responsibilities include providing functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft HRMS, as well as administering compensation contracts for unionized staff and faculty. Prior roles include Manager of Human Resources Technology at Allergan, where Steve led compensation processes in a Workday environment, and Manager of Human Resources Technology at Acelity, focusing on process automation in a mixed Workday and Oracle setup. Additionally, Steve served as Director of Human Resources Information Systems at Hill International, overseeing an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Earlier career highlights include project management roles at ACS, Tyco, and Merck. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College.
