Andrew Coston, EdD, currently serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs at the College of Our Lady of the Elms since October 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Executive Director of the Center for Career Development and Assistant Dean of Students at Gustavus Adolphus College from August 2019 to September 2022. Andrew's extensive experience in education began at Cecil College, where responsibilities included Director of Career Services, Head Women's Basketball Coach, and Academic Advisor from July 1999 to August 2019. Andrew also worked as a Guidance Counselor at Mount Saint Joseph High School from 1994 to 1999. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Psychology from Assumption University, a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Loyola University Maryland, and a Doctor of Education from Morgan State University.
