Jennifer L. Granger Sullivan

Co-director Of First Year Seminar at College of Our Lady of the Elms

Jennifer L. Granger Sullivan, Ed.D., currently serves as Co-Director of First Year Seminar, Director of Experiential Learning, and Adjunct Faculty at the College of Our Lady of the Elms since October 2021. In this role, Jennifer plans and facilitates the First Year Seminar course and promotes high-quality experiential learning opportunities for students. Additionally, Jennifer has been a Visiting Assistant Professor at Salem State University since January 2022, teaching courses in Student Affairs. Previously, Jennifer held several positions at Lasell University, including Director of Student Activities and Orientation, where responsibilities included planning leadership development programs and coordinating new student orientations. Jennifer's early career included roles at the University of Vermont and various internships at Springfield College. Academically, Jennifer holds a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University, a Master of Education from the University of Vermont, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
