Rick Heron is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at Western Health Advantage, a position held since March 2005, where previous roles included Chief Marketing & Brand Officer and Director of Community Relations. Prior experience includes working as a Regional Marketing Manager at America Online for Broadband in 2004 and serving as Director of Community Service at Maloof Sports and Entertainment from 1988 to 2003. Additionally, Rick began their career as a Giants Fund Assistant with the San Francisco Giants. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of California, Davis.
