Juanita Chrysanthou is an experienced counselor currently serving at the College of Southern Nevada since August 2015, having transitioned from the role of vice president for student affairs in January 2024. Prior to this, Juanita held multiple leadership positions at Lone Star College from October 2011 to June 2015, including vice president and vice chancellor for student success. Juanita also served as associate vice chancellor for student success at Los Rios Community College District from June 2010 to October 2011. Juanita Chrysanthou holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership from American College of Education and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Loyola Marymount University.
