Brett Kauffman

Brett Kauffman, M.Ed, currently serves as an Instructional Coach for Middle School at Collegium Charter School since August 2022. Previously, Brett was the MTSS & PBIS Coordinator at Universal Daroff Charter School, where responsibilities included developing support systems for students with behavioral and academic challenges and training staff on implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support. Brett also has substantial experience as an Emotional Support Teacher and 3rd Grade Teacher, focusing on individualized lesson plans and differentiated instruction. Additionally, Brett has held various coaching positions, including Head Coach for women's ice hockey at the University of Pennsylvania and several roles in ice hockey coaching at different educational institutions. Brett’s educational background includes a Master of Education in Elementary and Middle School Administration from Rosemont College, as well as a Master of Education in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University.
