Audrey Palmer is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Technical IT Service Delivery Manager at Collen Construction since March 2021. Previously, Audrey worked as a Contact Tracer for the Health Service Executive from December 2020 to February 2021 and spent nearly three decades at CBRE, where the role of IT Manager involved managing service desk processes and customer expectations for a large network. Audrey holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a degree in Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin, complemented by a degree in Marketing from Rathmines College.
