Prior roles include Planning Manager at JJ Rhatigan & Company and Thiess Pty Ltd, where O'Brien managed significant projects such as the Jimblebar Village Enabling Works and the Wheatstone Enabling Works. O'Brien's expertise extends to senior scheduling at Construction Sante Montreal, contributing to a $2 billion hospital project. With additional experience as a Senior Planner at Michael McNamara & Co and M J Gleeson, as well as earlier roles at John Sisk & Son Ltd and HBG Kyle Stewart, O'Brien has demonstrated a strong capability in planning and management across various high-profile construction projects.
