Krys remains a Senior Advisor to Coller Capital.
Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2008, Krys worked for KPMG in a variety of generalist and specialist roles, encompassing change management, and organisational and leadership development.
Krys started her HR career in the Financial Services sector and went on to work for Development Dimensions International, a US-based HR consultancy, in an account management role, working with a number of FTSE 350 / Fortune 500 companies.
Krys graduated from London University with a degree in English. She has an MBA from Cranfield and an MSc in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
