Joseph is currently working at Colliers Engineering & Design as a Principal Associate and Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Maser Consulting as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Joseph started their career at AECOM as an Intern before becoming a Civil Engineer, P.E., specializing in roadway design, sewer design, site design, and construction engineering.
Joseph Raftery, P.E., C.M.E. graduated from Villanova University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
