Tim Welch

Tim Welch has extensive experience in engineering and business development, currently serving as Associate Director in the Engineering Business Office at Collins Aerospace since November 2018. Welch's role includes leadership in the Commercial Aftermarket, Military and Defense Aftermarket, and Aftermarket Business Development. Prior to joining Collins Aerospace, Welch held the position of Associate Director of Aftermarket Business Development at UTC Aerospace Systems and worked as a Staff Engineer in Preliminary Design and Advanced Technology for Electric Systems. Welch began a career at Hamilton Sundstrand as a Senior Mechanical Engineer focusing on new product design and development in Generator Engineering. Tim Welch holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
