Scott Tyo has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Manager of Data Analytics and holding previous roles such as Regional Retail Manager and Customer Service Manager at Collins Community Credit Union since March 2016. Prior to this, Scott was the Regional Customer Care Manager at United Natural Foods, overseeing multiple Customer Care teams and a Web Support team. Earlier experience includes managing customer service and technical support teams at Dynamic Broadband, Inc. and leading a large Customer Service team at US Cellular-Answer Wireless. Scott Tyo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mount Mercy University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
