Having originally trained as a Quantity Surveyor, John has been involved in the Construction Industry for over 45 years and has specialised in estimating and pre-construction for the vast majority of that time. He has experience in most forms of construction and procurement routes and has been solely involved in the refurbishment and fit out markets for the last 20 years.
Since joining Collins in 2005, John has been an integral part of the development and growth and remains responsible for the financial aspects of all their tender submissions.
