Laura Saunders

Laura Saunders, CHRL, currently serves as the VP and Head of HR at Cologix, Inc. since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of HR at Cognizant, Head of HR Business Partners at Cox Automotive Canada, and Human Resources Director for the Americas at Accedo.tv. Laura’s earlier experience features a position as Global Senior HR Business Partner at VMware, where support was provided to multiple business units, along with a role as Senior Human Resources Advisor at Algorithmics, Inc., and HR roles at Kraft Foods Group. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post Graduate program in HR Management from Humber College.
