Glen Brown has extensive experience in the hardware industry, currently serving as Regional General Manager at Colony Hardware since September 1997. In this role, Glen has successfully led the integration of four new companies into the Colony team in Florida and opened a distribution center in Orlando, implementing an efficient hub and spoke model. Previously, as General Manager, Glen oversaw the sales and operations of the Baltimore and northern Virginia markets, driving revenue growth from $13 million in 2014 to $18 million in 2017. Glen's career at Colony began as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included opening and developing the first branch operations while engaging in inside and outside sales. Prior to Colony Hardware, Glen was a Store Manager at Fenton Hill International Limited. Glen holds a degree from Westfield State College (1990-1994) and is a graduate of Boston College High School (1986-1990).
