Dr. med. Bernd Greiner is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for Wound & Skin Care Region DACH and Vice President of Coloplast Homecare at Coloplast since September 2017, Bernd has previously held the position of Managing Director for Medicover & Synevo Germany. Bernd’s prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Acelity, including Vice President and General Manager for Germany & Austria, along with key marketing positions at Biomet Orthopedics and Merck KGaA. Bernd began a medical career as a Physician at Robert Bosch Krankenhaus and has held research fellow positions at esteemed institutions, including the University of Adelaide and the Dr. M. Fischer-Bosch-Institute for Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology. Educated at the University of Tübingen, Bernd holds a medical degree and has also attended INSEAD for further professional development.
