Becc Mace is a seasoned professional in social work and sustainability, currently serving as Program Manager at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the Health Services Case Management Program. Previous experience includes coordinating emergency shelter services for the City and County of Denver, managing food inventories, and providing operational support for over 500 guests. Additional roles have been held as a Sustainability Consultant for NOAA and ENGAGE Delta County, involving stakeholder engagement and data analysis, as well as teaching environmental studies to children at Thorne Nature Experience. Becc holds a Master of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has an educational background in Sustainability, Planning, and Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.

The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for families and individuals experiencing or at-risk of homelessness throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. Since its founding more than 30 years ago, the organization has earned state and national recognition for its integrated healthcare, housing, and service programs. The Coalition’s comprehensive approach addresses the causes of homelessness, as well as the consequences, offering critical assistance to over 18,000 individuals and families each year. Positions at the Coalition span more than 50 programs and offer a variety of employment opportunities in a trauma-informed environment. We value staff development and training, within a culturally diverse workforce, that promotes innovative thinking and creative approaches to out work.
