Kristopher Nittler is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in affordable housing operations. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Property Management at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since March 2021, Kristopher has held various roles including Property Manager II and Property Manager. Prior to this, Kristopher worked as a Community Director at FPI Management from November 2019 to March 2021 and as a Property Manager at Housing Catalyst from August 2015 to November 2019, overseeing a diverse portfolio that included permanent supportive housing. Kristopher's career began as a Housing Specialist and Property Manager with the Housing Authority of the County of Montezuma from June 2009 to August 2015. Kristopher holds an educational background from San Juan College, completed in December 2011, and attended Colorado Northwestern Community College from 2001 to 2002.

The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for families and individuals experiencing or at-risk of homelessness throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. Since its founding more than 30 years ago, the organization has earned state and national recognition for its integrated healthcare, housing, and service programs. The Coalition’s comprehensive approach addresses the causes of homelessness, as well as the consequences, offering critical assistance to over 18,000 individuals and families each year. Positions at the Coalition span more than 50 programs and offer a variety of employment opportunities in a trauma-informed environment.
