Ricki Rothbauer-Stubbs

Ricki Rothbauer-Stubbs currently serves as the Assistant Athletics Director - Operations at Colorado College, starting in July 2023. In this role, Ricki manages facility and events for El Pomar Sports Center, oversees multiple athletic programs including Men's and Women's Swim and Dive, and supports various competitions across multiple sports. Ricki also supervises athletic equipment operations and event staff, and engages in committee work related to college events and risk management. Prior to this position, Ricki was the Head Softball Coach at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from July 2015 to June 2023, and held similar coaching positions at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Texas A&M University-Kingsville, and the University of North Alabama. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Kentucky University, in addition to a year of studies at Ohio University.
