Zeynep Ozsoy is an accomplished academic in the field of biology, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Biology at Colorado Mesa University since August 2015, following a tenure as Assistant Professor. Prior to this, Zeynep Ozsoy was an Instructor of Biology at Mesa State College and has extensive experience teaching both introductory and advanced biology courses. Zeynep Ozsoy developed two laboratory-based courses focusing on molecular cloning and protein techniques and conducted research on the genomics of the Tamarisk beetle. Academic training includes a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
