Kinda Carpenter

Kinda Carpenter has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and the CVMBS Human Resources Associate Director at Colorado State University since February 2004. Kinda has held various roles within the university, including HR Generalist for the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Employee Relations Manager, HR Records Manager, and HR Records Administrator. Prior to this, Kinda worked as an Office Manager at Timberline Timing Systems from June 2001 to September 2003. Kinda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Studies with a focus on Organizational Performance and Change, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, both from Colorado State University.
