Hans's prior experience includes key roles at Arriva Group, where responsibilities encompassed Head of IT Operations and Head of ICT for Arriva UK Trains and Tyne & Wear Metro/DB Regio. Additionally, Hans held positions at Actix, an Amdocs Company, as Head of Sales Engineering and Global IT Director, and served as IT Manager for EMEA and Americas at FiveTen Group. Early career experience includes IT Infrastructure Manager at Hotelplan Limited. Hans holds a BA(Hons) in Linguistics from UCL, completed in 1996.
