Currently serving as a Senior Data Center Operation Manager at Colt Data Centre Services since February 2018, Joel has previously worked at VINCI Facilities from February 2011 to January 2018 in various capacities, including Responsable d'Affaires & Responsable Méthodes for a critical banking client's data center. Joel's expertise spans client satisfaction, technical service continuity, maintenance planning, preventive and corrective maintenance management, and energy efficiency, notably achieving ISO 50001 certification in 2015. Joel also possesses a strong background in quality management, holding certifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree from ESIGELEC and a master's degree in mechatronics from Université de Rouen.
