Eric Espey

Eric Espey has extensive experience in commercial credit underwriting and portfolio management, currently holding the position of Team Lead, Sr. Underwriter, and Portfolio Manager at Umpqua Bank since May 2018. Prior roles include VP and Sr. Commercial Real Estate Underwriter at Opus Bank and Sr. Credit Analyst and Underwriter at Seattle Credit Union, where responsibilities involved providing comprehensive credit analysis and managing multi-million dollar portfolios across various industries. Eric’s career began at BB&T, where significant achievements included managing a $500 million portfolio and completing a Leadership Development Program. Eric holds both an MBA and a BBA in Trust & Investment Management from Campbell University.
