Erin Schmitt

Erin Schmitt is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as Senior Designer for Men's Performance Hike at Columbia Sportswear Company since March 2023, Schmitt previously held various positions at Pendleton Woolen Mills from 2014 to February 2023, culminating in the role of Managing Senior Apparel Designer for both Men's and Women's lines, where a notable 30% growth in menswear was achieved in 2021. Throughout a diverse career, Schmitt has contributed to multiple companies including Nike and Bridge & Burn, focusing on design innovation, market alignment, and brand development across men's and women's apparel. Schmitt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from Goucher College and an Associate degree in Apparel Design from The Art Institutes.
