William Burke

William Burke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, logistics, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Director of Engineering at Columbia Sportswear Company since July 2022, William leads strategic engineering and data analytics within the global supply chain network. Prior to this role, William spent over 14 years at MidwayUSA, where positions included Vice President of Development and Vice President of Logistics, overseeing eCommerce, logistics, and customer support operations. William's earlier career includes a decade with the United States Department of the Navy and significant leadership roles at Younger Optics, including Vice President of Trilogy Operations and Vice President of Human Resources. William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
