Stephanie Blaney

Stephanie Blaney, MHA, possesses extensive experience in healthcare administration, particularly within orthopedic surgery and women's and children's health. Current roles include Administrator/COO and Executive Director of Operations at Columbia University Irving Medical Center's Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Previous positions include Senior Practice Administrator at the same institution, Business Administrator at NYU Langone Medical Center, and various managerial roles in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. Early career experience includes work as a Patient Advocate in Quality and Safety at Caritas Norwood Hospital and as a Payer Research Associate at athenahealth. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Simmons College and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
