Crystal Satterfield

Crystal Satterfield is an experienced professional currently serving as the Education Coordinator at CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts since September 2021. Previously, Crystal held roles at Aetna as an Aetna One Advocate and at Up International Education as an English Language Assistant. Crystal's background also includes customer service positions at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Kohl's Department Stores, and Chase, contributing to strong communication and problem-solving skills. Early in the career, Crystal worked as a Resident Assistant at Capital University, mentoring first-year students, and as a Camp Counselor, focusing on youth development. Crystal obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Kent State University.
