Kelsey Tierney

Kelsey Tierney is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit partnerships and lending, currently serving in that capacity at Column since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey held various positions at TriplePoint Capital, advancing from Associate to Vice President between November 2020 and October 2024. Kelsey also gained valuable experience as a Growth Equity Analyst at Arrowroot Capital Management from July 2019 to October 2020, and as a Startup Sourcing Intern at Venture Lane from March to May 2019. Earlier roles include Climate Finance Summer Analyst at Climate Policy Initiative, Search Fund Intern at Broadtree Partners, LLC, and Implementation Intern at LenddoEFL. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University.
