Bob Verbruggen has a diverse work experience. Bob started their professional career as a Physiotherapist, with internships at ZOL and Jessa ziekenhuis in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Bob then worked as a Physiotherapist at various companies, including A'spect, Movenda, and Motion Centre in 2018. In 2019, they participated in the CRAASH Barcelona program as a Finalist with SeizeIT, where they gained experience in launching health innovations. Bob also worked at Byteflies as a Business Development Intern and later as a Growth Hacker and Business Developer. Since 2020, they have been working at Comarch, first as a Business Development Manager for E-health BeNeLux and currently as the Director of Sales and Strategy E-health Middle East.

Later, between 2018 and 2019, they attended Vlerick Business School where they completed a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Before their tertiary education, Bob attended Damiaan Instituut Aarschot, where they studied Industriële Wetenschappen.
