David Luo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career as a software engineer at B&Y Computer Inc. in 1994 and worked there for three years. In 2003, they joined Comba Telecom as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead and later progressed to become the Director of International Market for their WEBU division. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Assistant General Manager of the Network System Business Unit. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at Comba Telecom.
David Luo completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce, from 1998 to 2000. David then pursued their Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the same university, graduating from 2000 to 2002.
